I don't think that's how literally anyone expects "reduced by 10%" to work though lol. You'd expect 20000 - (20000*0.1) = 18,000

By this logic, if the exp cost is reduced by 100%, it would be 20,000/2.0, which is 10,000 only.

So a "100% reduction" is in fact only half.
