The cost should be 18k. The cost is only being reduced by around 9.1%.

it says reduced by 10%, as in, 100% - 10% = 90%, right?

By this logic, if the exp cost is reduced by 100%, it would be 20,000/2.0, which is 10,000 only.

So a "100% reduction" is in fact only half.
