Bring back legacy cheese making

So cheese stops progressing after it turns until you pick it up and put it back down. Annoying to log in because you were away for a day or two and a bunch of cheese is ruined when it already takes over a week to progress that far.

Maybe it should take a week for any cheese to turn into Generic Gouda?

If you specifically want to make Generic Gouda for whatever reason, it could take just day or two from generic Curds. (You use mixed just "Milk" on the Curding Tub.)

Or at least take as long to progress into generic gouda as it takes to get from fresh curds to the last distinctive cheese beforehand.

I can't see a functional reason why cheese needs to have a 24 hour timer before it's ruined. I'd be fine with it just not progressing.

While we're fixing cheese, can we add in a chance for cheese to spoil if left outside in the rain? Force us to protect the cheese by building special tents to protect our outdoor racks.

So according to the wiki, the full process to make Oscypki is 22.25 REAL days.

You're telling me that its perfectly justified for a video game that if for some reason at the 533rd hour I suddenly can't be on my computer for a couple of days for whatever reason then I should lose 22 days of progress?

Fuck off, its a video game at the end of the day, legacy had it right, just stall progress.
