Expressing Interest in a Mobile Client

My lifestyle doesn’t allow for much time sat at desk for a proper PC experience. I’m sure many others would agree as we get older and our priorities change.

However, no matter what, I haven’t been able to shake an occasional itch to play H&H since back in W7. I’m sure it’s been discussed repeatedly before. I even remember a thread in the past specifically discussing how to make a mobile client “not shit”. I’m here to say it doesn’t have to be “not-shit”. At least not right away.

I am a filthy casual, I’ll just get that out of the way. I don’t have any intention to jump on my small touchscreen phone to pillage the locals of all their riches (not that I’ve even got that gud anyways). Obviously any inherently competitive activity would be a great obstacle on a mobile device.

I’m here to say I would love to see a mobile client developed and I’d happily pay to use it if I had to. Again, I recognize there are challenges and I am no programmer so I can’t offer any meaningful solutions. But I can be another voice that expresses a demand for it. I believe added accessibility would help this game thrive tremendously.

the dream is a top down 2D web browser client for chores
run anywhere, no fps worries, just click and wait some inventory update
probably not too feasible, otherwise we'd have some mods by now
