Are you using a custom client? The update posts speaks to this being a problem while those remain un-updated. Try default.

Why I can't read the update on steam? It just shows blank and message no events found. Only the very first update for world 16 announcement works.
Not sure if the issue is on my side or steam's side.

Most I assume well half of player base it seems are mostly sticking with steam and that's it. I am sure there was in game message before server went down, but still, don't forget that you have another platform to keep players informed about the changes.
Nevermind lol

Yeah, I have posted there, but Steam seems to suck more than a little with actually pushing that out. Yamma hope it sorts itself out with some time.

Oh my... I'm using a default client, I didn't restart it after the update. My bad, sorry!

I second that (not with such exaltation, but it's a nice thing to have when you start using a quiver)

Thanks I love it! Creel/quiver buffs pog! It always kind of bothered me how I couldn't use a cape with a creel. Thanks for everything. Also been liking the food changes this world too
