This is a great lesson to all the new people coming from Steam

~1 day response time is a massive improvement compared to what we had in the past. The turn based lag worlds, the Salem arch and abandonment. The current state of the game is probably the best it has ever been.

And of course, if you're running a service for this many paying customers, you're supposed to care, have notifications set up, have backups, have automated restarts (depending on the nature of the exception), remote control or whatever is needed to offer a reliable and continuous service. I do agree with that, don't take me wrong. But again, this is Haven I'm happy that we don't have to wait for a month for them to fix a game breaking bug/lag

devs still cultivate the freedom-phobic tradition of taking a vacation, so maintenance sometimes is slower during this period, but eventually server is restarted

Dude, it's just pathetic to see so many people flipping over their silk industries, while i always just kept and extra set exactly in case i won't make it on time to fetch the worms and feed them. Not to mention all the bullshit about why it is taking so long. This isn't Blizzard or EA.
I'm not defending anyone, i'm waiting just as you are, i just have something called dignity.
And i highly dislike wasting my time wading through the miles of bullshit you guys write, to maybe find a statement from the devs.
