Village idol at 75% damage

Our village idol is at 75% damage. Meanwhile there should be way more than enough points coming in to keep it from decaying. It's a small village, never had any problem maintaining authority in the past, several hours play each day goes on. There are only a couple of banners, nothing new that should drain authority. Logging in village members who receive lots of points when they log in does not change this.

Authority shows as full in the Government tap of the kin menu.

Damage is easily repairable with stones.

Is this going to keep happening, hidden damage if no one logs in for six hours or something?
