Belt complains about travellers sack

Postby xyzzy57 » Sat Apr 26, 2025 2:57 am

I had a single traveller's sack equipped. I attempted to chop blocks from a log.

Instead of my belt simply putting an axe into my other hand, it first complained that the traveller's sack needed to be empty to be unequipped.

This is of course a trivial bug, but given recent changes to belt behaviour, I'm guessing it's a recent introduction.

Note: seen with ender client, not the default one, but I doubt belts or their error messages are implemented in the client. (If they were, a random user could code themselves a bazillion slot belt, or otherwise abuse the system.)

Try moving the tsack to the other hand

This is a valid complaint, but for now-

Allegedly, these issues can be alleviated by holding the sack in left-hand slot, because all auto-swap blindly tries to go into the right-hand slot.
