Public kingdom chat has no "???" names for unkinned, presume that's intended, but it feels odd.

It was mentioned in the OP: In case you don't have the person chatting kinned, their presentation name is sent to you for the purposes of the chat. Although, a note on public chat, its a bit strange that i can only access the public chat while within the border of the realm even though i'm oathed to a realm and can access the private anywhere in the world.

Realm chat is interesting. It could have more of an impact than we think. If not, it's nice to just have the ability in game to talk to people in the larger area.
