Not sure if you have taken a look at Apples for Oranges recently but it seems like many of these changes intended to slow down groups have (as usual) impacted the wrong players. I don't understand why you and Loftar make changes like these that encourage further alt usage.jorb wrote:From my perspective, wounds are content. I play the game as a survival game, and I enjoy managing a wild wound list. Think of that what you will, but that's how I look at it.
That being said, this does look like a fair bit OTT. Will adjust.

I can confirm it's going worse again.Lightning2 wrote:Woke up on 28, I can confirm the cure works, as it's now 26. I did blast 4 doses on me though, since I didn't feel like going to the 100

Even better idea: slightly increased stamina drain. (Thus more drinking, and thus also a bit slower, but more natural way to slow down)vatas wrote:This may be dumbest idea ever but what if carrying Coracle on your back would slow you down for like 5% or so?
Normal players wouldn't mind. Add small text to tooltip notifying about increased stamina drain so there will be no confusion.

Swamps were too safe relative to other places in my opinion, which is odd because in RL I presume swamps to be quite dangerous place, something that you'd rather go around than through.strpk0 wrote:Not sure what they were thinking with this swamp wound, seems like another thing to screw over new players for no apparent reason.
Swamps are very important for early game progression and if the thought here is that people should just avoid them I'm not so sure this is a sensible addition. Just another reason to use alts for everything aswell.
"Haha get fucked, thats what you get for playing the game! Die sprucecaps, die!" - Jorbtar, probably.
If its too diffciult, the general difficulty of game should be reduced, that is, forests too.

I would also like to add a thought for devs:
When you add new aggressive animals etc. to X, you are basically making the X more unpleasant place to be in, and reducing reasons to visit X. If you only add bad stuff and never good stuff, eventually people stop visiting X so remember to balance things accordingly. Or otherwise you just destroy your own game as people stop slowly playing it bit by bit.
