Excuse my ignorance but judging by the screenshots he fits right in with all those people in nettle gear killing people with lower quality nettle gear. Never heard that name before.

He's the guy that Emerald oathed in
with some others to help protect the
city, but instead he went around and
stole all her things, killed all her cows
n shit, broke things... basically he's
some trash on the side of the road. He
lives near spawn and preys on noobies.
