Re: Slow down
I can confirm that. I lost connection (my end) but then walked across an entire swamp with just my arms showing after lag and a bear KOed me - no legs or body, just arms

Re: Slow down
The game is incredibly laggy. Almost unplayable...

Re: Slow down
Agree! My connectin is fine but the game lags like hell - unplayable. Seems it gets better with less than 120 players.. not sure.
Too sad, just started and it was quite interesting.

Re: Slow down
indeed, it does seem to be linked to the number of hearthlings online which points to server side issues, not your internet speed. Im sure something will be done soon though, as the spike in activity is a new problem/blessing (sometimes you just cant tell the difference

Re: Slow down
If it is caused by the increase in player base -- well, that problem will sort itself sooner than later.

Re: Slow down
Indeed, it seems as though we're running out of bandwidth. I'm saying "as though" because we aren't, though. It's just as if the game refuses to use anymore. It must obviously be some scalability issue in the networking code which has met some limit that I've failed to foresee. I'll just have to discover what that limit is.

Mucho better today even with 147 players.
