Re: improving quality of grape juice
So get better grapes, and better barrels.
In regards to your edit, since you posted twice and only edited the other thread...
q7 when picked up is the bucket quality. q3 is the wine quality. You need better grapes. The press has nothing to do with it.

Re: improving quality of grape juice
Press Q does effect Grape Juice Q, I've tested it using a q10 Winepress and a q42 Winepress.
Barrels won't help him raise Grape Juice Quality, it will help him raise Wine/Vinegar Quality.
When making a bone saw to cut boards for the winepress/barrel/whatever, try and use the highest quality bone you can.

Right, but in his post, he said he wanted better wine, hence the barrel suggestion.DatOneGuy wrote:Press Q does effect Grape Juice Q, I've tested it using a q10 Winepress and a q42 Winepress.

I've used the same wine press all along, made with q17 boards, and my grape juice has always come out around the same level as the grapes they were pressed from, so if it does effect it, it just raises it if it's a lot higher. In either case, any press he made should be q10+, and not cause him to get q3 juice.

Re: improving quality of grape juice
Grapes are 5/6 and press is 1/6 of the juice quality, IIRC.
