New server code is nice. A little on the sensitive side but hey I don't lag nearly as much in game. Still When I get kicked I'm logged in for like 5 fucking minutes and that's retarded because I can't even type in skype or IRC without getting kicked.

It shouldn't be such a bitch to get back in the game if it's so sensitive to kicking.

Yea, I've had this problem too. I'm starting to think that this is not a connection problem. I think it might have something to do with my authentication token expired part, after saving it. Any suggestions?

But... I haven't changed anything in that regard.

Anyway, when a connection times out, the server always allows reconnection after a session times out, which happens 30 seconds after the last message (UDP packet) has been received from the client. It may be rounded upwards to the closest unit of cleaning granularity, making it 36 seconds, but never 5 minutes. That can only happen if something on your side keeps sending packets to the server.

Furthermore, the client only "logs out" (in the sense of closing the game UI and returning to the login screen) when it receives a logout message from the server, which only happens when the connection has already timed out. If it says that you're logged in after that, then that must mean that you have logged in one way or another.

I don't know if there may be some client bug to be blamed here.

I've had similar experiences about kicking. Regular kicking is when you get thrown out because of idling, relog is fine then. But sometimes, there's this "different" kicking when you get booted while you're actually doing something, and strangely enough, this affects every open client at the same time. In this case, it does take 1-2 minutes at least to be able to log back.

Gotten this error message twice, both times I just clicked to login again and it did without any trouble, didn't find it a pain at all.
