How do we find the 'No Hearthfire" criminals without the RoB

Post by GamingBird »

In the Worlds that Were, if a criminal left scents around, but had no hearthfire to be summoned to, the perp could be summoned at the Ring of Brodgar and dealt with.

Now that the RoB is no more, how to we find these people? Or is it that they are effectively untouchable when offline, making them perfect griefers?

You can summon them at your own fire if they haven't got one.

It seemed to be the right place to ask, since it is dealing with a matter of 'justice.'

I'm sorry If I picked the wrong forum for this.

Any questions related to game mechanics should be in the "How do I?" section where you will get the most answers from. A bit of something for future reference.
If you keep focusing on the shadow behind, you will not see the light in front of you.

Being successful isn't just about hard work and succeeding, it is also about picking yourself up when you fail.
