Nope. Can't claim control of waterways in that manner. You'd only leave scents if you wanted to start digging the shores or something.

Just be sure that criminal acts are deactivated and sail through it. There is no way I know how you can leave scents with them deactivated.

The problem is the personal claim at the top. Can't sail through that without criminal acts. So when coming from top, I have to get out on the east shore, and carry my boat. But, I can't put it down in the village claim water, or it will be claimed by the village. So I have to carry it all the way to below the village claim.

However, if you don't leave trespassing scents when in a boat, I guess it's not too bad, just a little annoying to have to turn CA on and off again...

Hmm, I thought so, but other people say it's possible as well... Can't try right now, but I will later...
