Declaim should be free for Villagers
Declaiming a plot as a Lawspeaker should have no cost if the person owning the claim is in your village.

WHy would a lawspeaker grief hes own villagers, and thijs hou je bek man if a villagers goes rougue and claims half of the village claim you can do anothing about it...aso11 wrote:So.... much.... grief potential.

And why should this be done? simple our miner claimed our copper mine and has gone afk now no other miner can enter whitout leaving scents and because the miners cant mine we cant earn auth to destroy hes claim..

unless he claimed the whole mountain, his claim would probably only contain a couple hours worth of exp. its his fault for being inactive. just declaim it.

Because people could go around making temporary villages to declaim mines and hermit plots and etc, without any time for the owner to react.

And yes he claimed half the village claim and we only have 3 miners on the claim.
