My apologies; I'll edit that out -- you're just one of the players that comes to mind when I think if highbies.Blaze wrote:Hey, I've yet to use my character strength as a deterrent for crime or griefing and I've never threatened anyone explicitely, so don't lump me in with those that do.

If you die, you save the belief sliders of the dead guy, AND get another new point that you can change. The change/tradition bar is reset to 50, but everything else stays, so if you kill yourself 5 times before getting LP, you can use each of those times to move a slider closer to full industry (or full peaceful).sabinati wrote:why does someone need to die to change their belief sliders i thought you just had to play 8 hours to change a point

Re: Acathla
And how is this not abusing unintentional game mechanics enough to warrant getting yourself killed? Clearly, that is not how things are supposed to work. Unless abusing whatever you can find as much as you can is a-ok here - I'm relatively new, so I'm not really sure.Colbear wrote:If you die, you save the belief sliders of the dead guy, AND get another new point that you can change. It so is. At least until it gets patched IF it gets patched.Mikkanen wrote: Unless abusing whatever you can find as much as you can is a-ok here.
