Exactly what it says in the title, I mean, those celler stones are really only useful for hunting mission, but wait:
What if you could build a cataopult for your village warfare?
Load up the celler stones and SPLAT!
Your enemies will be crushed.
But of course such a system could be seen as unfair, and so, it would have to have a really long targetting time, plus in order to use it, your strength would have to be pretty high. You'd also be able to target buildings with it.
it's just an idea, and really I wanna see how many people agree with me on this?

Re: Catapults
There could be a hint of idea there if it would work like scatter shot AoE not just one big boulder or with both options and youd have to set the catapult to what to shoot like rotten cow corpse for those long annoying sieges(could ruin crops and make poisoning damage to people hiding in the village). id give thumbs up for cow infested plague

Re: Catapults
The boulder would likely land on a person, which would take a hell-of-an aim, kil lem and shatter upon impact with smnall rocks damaging buildings, players and animals around the site of impact. if ti landed in a crop patch it would chnage the ground into a horrible mess, unable to pl,ow due to the stones, and if any crops were there, they'd be lost.
As the the carcass idea, that would be pretty good, it could poison players destroy crops, but also I thought, maybe you could lauch players, have them sit in the catapult and fire, your troops would be behind enemy lines, fighting for your cause.
it could really make combat in game epic, and fun, large scale seiges would seem more like seiges, and what else could you have?
Seige towers, but that's for another time.

You can already do this through a bug exploit!Pryex wrote:but also I thought, maybe you could lauch players, have them sit in the catapult and fire, your troops would be behind enemy lines, fighting for your cause.
I can see this being fun if it was position targeting only. I don't know enough about soak and decay to really comment on it, but wherever a position is hit by a projectile it acts like a decay hit? Well a ton of decay hits, so anything that couldn't suffer so much would just poof disappear.
