Does anyone use Ctrl+C chat?

try using a standalone irc client instead of the one in pacho's (his implementation sucks even according to him), or at least mibbit.com

I'm pretty sure that I remember something about Russians using the Ctrl+C chat in order to conduct raids. Might be worth lurking around in.
