So anyway. If Chocolate hasn't been suggested already. A normal tree. You would probably have to like..
1) Find a cacoa tree.
2) Pick the pods.
On a tree like this, but animated.2.5) Plant cacoa tree using the pods.
3) Once tree fully grows, split open the pods to get the seeds.
4) Dry the seeds. (Or roast them, not sure which.)
COCOA BUTTER:
5a) Put the seeds in some kind of winepress.
6a) They transform into cocoa butter. Which can be applied to the skin. (From there there would have to be some benefit. Maybe another form of removing wounds, and increasing max HP. Or some dexterity buff.)
Chocolate:
5) Put the seeds in some kind of cheese rack.
6) They transform into 'chocolate liquor'
6) FINALLY, leave them to harden. And watch them transform into edible chocolate! (The chocolate increases stamina greatly, that gives a boost called "Sugar rush". Once the boost goes away, your stamina drains depending on the amount you ate. It also refills your hunger bar by some.)
Hot Chocolate/Cocoa:
Recipe: Cauldron with hot water. 1 Chocolate. Once the water turns brown, it's finished. Drink with a mug.
(Hot chocolate is a more amplified version of Chocolate. It gives the same stamina, has a lower Sugar crash, but doesn't refill the food bar.)
