Fyr juice, stone juice, etc.
Seriously, is a good idea, don't forget: grapejuice is already in game, needs to be drinkable and if apple juice is added, add cider too.
that is only for lemons
but i like the apple juice and other things juices idea very much.
(life gives you lemons you make grenades)

Re: Carrot juice
Fruit (and veggie) juices sound good, but what would they actually do? Would they restore some hunger and give FEPs or would they restore stamina and... err... give buffs? That last one would be weird.
If 1 carrot = 0.1l juice = 10 hunger = 1 PER then it's just a convenient way of storing those crops you don't want to cook in bottles (or barrels). Not very exciting, especially since you generally don't want to eat crops raw. If they double FEP or halve the hunger restored, it seems pretty broken (you're making better food with too little effort, assuming they're created merely by crop + water on press.)
The only interesting prospect I see would be juice (and booze!) cocktails. You could make juice with your ideal FEP spread, and it'd be pretty fun. But it will require a custom recipe system.
