Any coders/programmers looking for a project?

There, I updated it.

I am looking for programmers/coders for making a mmo.
This mmo will be mainly a space-survival game, meaning there are different planets, you can inhabit abandoned houses, build spacecrafts.
The combat system is fps-like, with melee as well. (combat is the most under..developed? part in my design atm, working on it).
I do the modelling and animating, I have a dedicated artist and a rookie texturer.

I know only a little bit about programming, this is why I need programmers : )
What language I need: I do not know. Any language people are skilled in, enough to do whatever they want with it seems the best.
Unless you as programmer are excellent in making engines, we will work with the UnrealEngine3 (UDK).
I want to form a team, not boss slaves around. Programmers have as much input in the ideas as I or any other members of the team have.
I'm a beginning modeller but I do learn pretty quick, and most things a mmo needs, I think I can make. Like quoted somewhere below, I can not draw as well, but I can model, and concept art/blueprints and similar things will be drawn by the dedicated artist.

What I have to offer you as programmer/coder: A opportunity to program or code in a team, so not only will you write a line of code, but actually use it for something bigger.
Edit : I might actually be able to pay salary, this ofcourse has some requirements. (I can not offer any salary but donations, like it works here, I do not plan on making the game paid or having a special item shop.)
If you are a professional, hopefully a great addition to your portfolio.

There are tons of places on the internet to look for 'programmers', but most people won't join a project unless:
1)You can program and can already show them a lot of the work done proving yourself capable and having initiative on the project.
2)You can draw and can already show a good deal of the artwork.
3)You've known the person a while.

A game design document also helps even if it's a shitty one, just a way of collecting all your thoughts and saying "I know what I want to do, this is it, now I just need to make it".
