Maybe villages have to amass a certain amount of points before they can go to a next age?

But this would kind-of suck :P

They should just make the world have even more important and rare resources after all the metals are found.

Steampowered railroads would be sweet. the oldest kind of muskets too, the ones you need a stick to rest on cos it weighs so much.

Cavalry..ofc.
Crossbows..

Spears!?!! (oldest weapon ever!?)

but basically, fundamental changes to the village system need to be made...a Village should (IMO) BE a village, people living near each other in a VILLAGE.
Clans could be more spread out, but have less benefits then villages.
Also villages that one player can uphold should end. Or villages people can go out of, and go back in grind some LP, and go back out just to keep it alive should go away :( .

Fuck no, we've already talked about bridges before. Rejected and dejected, now stop bringing back the subject.

It wasn't rejected and dejected, just can't be done currently cause the current system can't let boats travel beneath it.

Advancing through the ages would be something like Age of Empires. Though it would suck it a village began to take over the whole world due to them reaching the final age with space ships and all that get up.

Spaceships hunting people running around with stone axes. A nice thought.

Personally I would love to see Dungeons inhabited by Goblins and stuff, The ability to create underground cities and alos more housing, I envisage (eventually) proper huge stone walls (that would use boulders from underground etc) surrounding an epic custom built castle or Keep

I can but dream :(
