Oh, come on. People who wear top hats dont labor in mines and forges. It should give a point to civ, not industry. It just seems silly, teams of workmen/women filing in and out of dusty coalmines and laboring in forges wearing tophats and monocles.

Hehe.. i suppose their is a heavy mimicing of real world in haven, but its not like it has to be absolutely perfect.. Besides, i think it would be hilarious.

Seconding the suggestion that top hat should give a point of civilization instead of industry.

Hmm, to get this straight: does the Cylinder Hat have a function at all if you're already full industry?
I'd like to know whether to hammer my blooms, or wait.

Loftar said the beliefs are capped at 5/-5, so there really isn't a point.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.
