Right now, we expect the server to either spent multiple hours per day offline OR crash repeatedly -- sometimes more than 4-5 times per day.

This kind of sucks. Post here if you agree. I've lost so much food/metal from my chests that it's kind of ridiculous.

While the crashes aren't particularly bothersome, I can feel your frustration. It's never cool to have an MMORPG freeze on you, especially when you're in the middle of a fight. I hope the administrators can resolve the majority of the issues. The amount of crashes recently has been dropping (to my knowledge).

If it works when you log in to the rob, then it's the onion glitch.

its working for me now. The problem was that the client wasn't updating and just plain failing to launch because of it.

Yeah, starting to get annoying here as I'm getting the vibe that somehow, the crashes wait until the very second after I log off after refueling crucibles to strike. I know I've screwed up the timing a couple of times, but I must be on my fourth or fifth try by now.
