I heard that the wood Q doesnt affect the Q of the meat grinder.. Is this true?

I just tested it there.
Q18 metal Q29 boards Q10 blocks. Q29 fox meat Q86 intestine = Q34 sausage
Q18 metal Q14 boards Q10 blocks. Q29 fox meat Q86 intestine = Q34 sausage
So it apparently doesnt affect it.

Wood q doesn't matter for grinders.
