Um, I think, it is better to make 10 coins for every point of farm. So, 320 straw hat will give 28 farming. So, this q of hat is 280 coins. So, 1 straw hat will be 28 linen cloth of any q.
Also, I suppose, I can do chef`s hats which give 27 cooking.

Well, it is up to you to buy a hat which gives 33+ farming for 72 linen cloth. The hats I sell are 28+ farming for 28 linen cloth.
