Should be soft-capped by marksmanship, not survival.
Its pretty annoying having shitty survival, you get crappy hides, meats, and bones. Now its just rubbing it in that because of my crappy survival I make super crappy arrows. It makes sense, and would be nice, if arrows were soft-capped by marksmanship, like bow-making is. This would allow people to make atleast decent arrows to refill after they've killed a bear.

Off-topic on the first reply. Nice.
In any case I totally agree with this idea, since arrow-making would be considered "Fletching" and this most likely falls under the category of Marksmanship as a whole.

Re: Arrow Making
I agree with FatBob, it does seem appropriate for Marksman to be the skill used for fletching. Thanks for the input, FatBob.FatBob2 wrote:I know but can you answer ?Kaios wrote:Off-topic on the first reply. Nice.
