I honestly have to say that I don't like the leggings, if I may offer my critique, slimming them in towards the legs the further down they go would probably create a cooler look, just my 2 cents!

pretty sure the sprites should be png

something does look a bit off with those leggings. i'd suggest looking at some leg armor, especially the knee joint piece and see how that all works... or maybe they should be greaves instead?
