I wouldn't worry about the people spending all their time hunting and getting the skills that really at this point they are only going to use for griefing other players, more than half of them will be dead at some point.

These people will be annoying for awhile, but while they're out acting like the completely brainless grind machines they are, the more sensible people will be working on a village, or a mine and crops and anything else that will help them get the ball rolling. Soon enough the world will begin to balance its self out, rangers will start appearing again, and the idiots who murdered everyone in the beginning will quit after they lose their characters.

I just wanted to say:

1. World #4 has been up for 5 days so far.
2. Some people can (and do) play for up to 12 hours a day or more.
3. A n00b can average about 15k LP per hour (digging dirt). @12 hours per day for 5 days that's 900k LP which is enough to get a single skill to 135 points or every single skill up to 40.
4. There are people who can average 40+k per hour hunting Bears (or grinding clay). @12 hours per day over 5 days that's 2.4 M LP. That's enough to get a single skill to 220 points or every skill up to 65. These people are also getting all the food variety they need too.
5. There are some big towns out there, with 25+ people. I want you to imagine 25+ people in your village. And no, not just your usual retards. 25 people who know the game, can play the game and most importantly, can work with each other. 25 people running multiple clients with alts fishing while their main hunts and another alt plows and paves a road. I'm talking the kind of organisational power you can probably only dream of. While you're still looking for Rustroot, they're completing their seventh Iron Mine and the associated village to protect it.
6. A town with even just a quarter of that sort of power would still have an Iron Mine or two and a village already.
7. Murder costs 100k LP.

no, your character will not be resurrected. you can inherit some of the stats and LP from your ancestor by interacting with the runestone in the starting room.
