Easy to grief "farming outposts"? [Resolved]

Post by Shask »

Unless the claim is huge, couldn't you simply dig high Ql soil for ages, and drop it, at a farming place, reducing the quality to Q10 if you so wish?

yep, though you can and could always do the same to clay deposits, so this is nothing new.

Well it kinda is, because it can ruin the whole farm of a town now. Meaning months of work gone, destroyed by a vandalism alt. I didn't even realize this before, but it is pretty bad...

i don't think it will be as big of a problem as you are saying burg, walling of the largest feasible area should keep it from being a problem, and even if there is a bit outside that they can dig, the node will shrink as they dig so they would only be able to drop it a little.

So you can't actually dig the peak down to q10, when you are not standing on topp of it?

Well I am guessing if you dig the Q30 part of the Q90 node you could only get it down to q70 max.

Oh, what a relief, only those with really high q soil are safe.
