A simple request that'd be simple enough to add in, farmers should be able to grow tobacco and when harvested could be rolled into cigarettes or used as chewing tobacco or something.

Cigarettes could raise charisma, dunno about chewing tobacco.

I say it should appear and be equipped on your person (their mouth ofcourse), but only add a bit to the charisma bar or whatever, not slowly over time, it'd be far too easy to gain tons of Charisma.
