With a pickaxe equipped and full peaceful/change you gain around 108 LP per second. That'd be almost 400,000 LP per hour if you could do it non-stop. when i mining, i just need some ore. In game days maybe. 8 hrs play = 1 day. Mine currently says 1 week, 5 days, and I also started on the 11th. So it's either just not keeping time right, or it's talking about in game time.
