In world 3, there was an edit that removed the damage increase from sling ql.

However, it seems that this has been replaced, as sling ql is now capped by leather ql and so the world 3 problem of endlessly increasing sling ql is gone. The tests I've done on ql 10 slings versus ql 40 slings show the ql 40 slings doing markedly more damage.

Even if there wasn't more damage, you need a better ql sling to take advantage of increased marksmanship
