Overstuffed not going away

Ok, so I ate a few sausages, and ate one too many. I got to 5% overstuffed, and just walked it out. Now I'm at like 1%, but it's not going to Full, it's been like this for a few days now. What do i doooooooooooo?

No, I mean I've been plowing and cutting trees at 1%, and it's staying at 1%
