Settlement for start - offer

Hello, we have secured the settlement in our neighborhood. It got abandoned some three weeks ago, personal claims gone, property whithering.

As our neighborhood is a bit un-alive we are offering this place to use to somebody who wants to settle down and will appreciate fast forward kick-off. The place has standard q soil (about 30) and there is clay spot under the place, which is under personal claim, but is not being used as well. Village idol will solve that. The clay spot is about 35 q.

Place is in the south west grid.

We can offer trade relationship involving our metals (bronze/iron) for your farming production.

A hidden joke or what?
I have just rammed inside when taking pictures, the ram is not a subject of an offer. On the other side, one will probably want to tear down the gate so he can build one, he is sure only keys are in his possession.

Tommorow my vandalism scents cease away (I have cleared the place from HFs) and the settlement is ready to use. If no one will show interest in it, I will open the gates and leave the place to looters.
