Is it possible to destroy someone's claim and if so, what are the prequisites?

Build village idol over it, and use lawspeaker's ability to declaim.

It's not in a village. I am a hermit and have inactive neighbour. I would like to destroy his claim so i could expand on his territory.

I have a related question. I recently got Yeomanry and claimed my area. However before I was able to do this someone came and started sleeping in my bed. It has been 4 days and he is still there

Is there any way to remove him if he doesn't log back in?

Adventure->Destroy bed, put some stuff that will cover a place where it was (cupboards/table/chair/etc)

Also before you do that... right-click on the bed to see if you can sleep on it. It *could* be a glitch that shows you yourself still sleeping there even though you're not, that happens from time to time. If you get the "sleep" option, it's the glitch. If you don't, then yeah, it's someone else.

I had already tried sleeping in it, he's definitely in there. I just destroyed the bed and he vanished also

I'm also going to destroy his hearth fire.. but what does that mean for him? Where will he log back in if he does?
