I don't have the ability to get water on the claim nor did I ever intend on buying them

If you use criminal acts to take high quality resources off a claim the owner will track you down and stab your face. Better off trying to contact them for a trade.
In the case of water I suppose you could dowse near the claim. There might be a decent q well spot, with the bonus that it won't lower the node quality and prompt face stabbing.

A hearthvault or grinding a suicidal alt up to vandalism would work too. If this is the same place, I found q 66 water deep in the middle of a lake. Not really the greatest quality, and a huge bitch to claim because it's at least a minimap and a half into the middle of the lake.
