Perhapse you must cut out and eat to other players heart inorder to get the LP that currently comes from killing them. Imagine the black market in high level player heart that would spring up.

That's actually a good idea. Maybe their LP is converted into Quality, then calculated with your survival, and then when you eat the heart, the quality of it affects how much Lp you get.
