I just made a rock lobster and a unburnt jar, no LP. I got LP for a wood fish lure, however.

I've noted the same, some crafts do, not all of them.

It appears different fish give LP. I caught a bunch of fish... Perch at first. I dropped something and missed the LP gain there... But catching a brill gave me +62 LP with +1 Peaceful/+1 Change.
