Keep up with the current politics, dammit. Currently we're allied with Serbs against the Bosniaks, to get our third entity in western Herzegovina and screw over the inferior Croats of central Bosnia.

What are you talking about, what scale is your tier system on? Tier 4 sounds awful, is the best 10 or 1? What am I reading?
