Side note: The people whom I thought ratted me out to Exo may have done so indirectly through forum posts. It's not nearly as bad as I first thought, but still didn't help because I did ask them to wait until after I'd gotten my people out of Exo's base. The ranger raid/trashing of everything there he blames completely on me, which is odd. I actually had nothing to do with that, and he's raided/stole from nearly everyone in the area. Some of em had friends it seems.
