reg date isn't a secure way to know the experience of someone because you can make multiple accounts, you know

reality is a lot of these people who have been around for multiple worlds are as terrible in combat as the newbies that run around.

lol how was i talking big it's nice to know what you're walking into and what payment is, regardless of if you're a newly registered or older char
and there is a spar option for a reason as far as learning the combat system
