neutral would be the unkempt normal hair. but switching hairstyle from barbarism/civilization to nature/industry would also work

well still, i keep civ/barb neutral lest to lose strength. not like i need more int in the first place atm

imo nature/industry makes the most sense.

When I think industry I think like a coal miner. So a dirty face. NO IDEA for Nature though maybe sun baked skin but then that fits more with night day.

Though Life/Death slider could make the aura so everyone looks a nice angel, especially the ones likely to kill you.

one concern though.
i remember they said female could only get either the existing one or the baldhead with that hair-do.
if female can get different looks too, not just bald, i wouldnt mind this.

industry v.s nature
perhaps industry could give you like an abraham lincoln beard or the nero beard that sacredoom drew, because when people are industry they wear cylinder hats that would look cool and business like with a chinstrap beard.

and for nature, a brown beard that gets a little longer and a little bit messier with every nature tick.

then barb v.s civ could affect the hair. like stated the barb would give you the hair jackard drew and civ would make it neater

perhaps night and day could affect colour <not to extreme african colours> but more like just a really tanned or albino kid.

that is a really good question.

and although its not my idea, i would say that yes it does, to make the mechanics of the game easier, unless it is made as an intentional bug.

But you can't really get a big tan in scandinavia (the supposed location of the Hearthlands), so the day/night idea is flawed.

Wouldn't you look a bit odd if you had full barbarism and full industry (like a dedicated miner or something) you would have a nasty unkempt beard/hair (whichever one is effected by barbarism since both have been suggested) , and really neat hair/well trimmed facial hair(again which ever on would be effected by the industry slider). Great idea though, It'd be nice to see a bit of variation between charter's besides just clothing.

I do agree though, some diversity would've been nice. I'd really like to be able to grow a beard.
