These other two are trolling you. It was posted previously by Jorb that if you keep these eggs in your inventory long enough they will turn into baby dragons.

your all idiots? ive actually had experiance, you have to select the egg and then right click on a dryad, ittl turn into a dragon, my buddy did it once, it flew off catching things on fire, he couldn't controll it ; twords the end of world 3. But that was long ago.
