Recruiting members for a settlement.(newbs welcome)

Well, I have finally settled down, and started to make a settlement. However, even though that there is a (friendly) Russian settlement nearby, I want to start a village there. We have two timber houses(one private), a log cabin, and we are almost finished our double-layered palisade. There is talk about founding another settlement soon, perhaps in a week or two. We also are trading for metal, and once we have enough for a brick wall, we will make another village . Now, a quick run down of the area; The village is located on a medium sized heath with lots of forest nearby, four caves all around us, a lake with sand(There is a communal prism industry there too), a mudflat about 3 minutes by boat and a small green swamp. Now, as for what we are looking for:

-People that will contribute to the village.
-People with a decent amount of maturity.

We are also looking for people to fill these jobs:

-Hunter(1)
-Carpenter(1)

History: Been playing for 2 days. Just started a new character a few hours ago after I was brutally murdered by an Italian gang. I have a decent grasp of H&H now though to know what's going on

EDIT: Don't be fooled by my join date. I joined up in March but my old computer couldn't handle H&H. I got a laptop about 2 weeks ago and now I can play.

Haha, yeah I remember when I was in w3 and it took me two weeks to get a palisade up... anyways, on that subject we have a palisade almost up; just 1 bone glue and 6 leather.
