How, more precisely, does it not work? Does the "Exile" button display but not work, or does it not even display?

I click exile button, cursor changes to scroll-like thing, then I click memorized person in kin list with it and nothing happens.

Using arksu client, same thing in ender, and official (autohaven.jnlp)

Uh, that's a completely different thing. When exiling people from your kinlist, you select the person you wish to exile, and there should be an "Exile" button among the other kin actions in the right-side panel.
