Re: POST CURIOSITY + DISCOVERY INFO HERE
The population/traffic in your area has increased so everyone is just getting them before you. It only takes me like 5 minutes to find one if I try I often find one when going to fish at a near by spot.matiasdk2 wrote:wtf is wrong with flotsams ? , i used to find em pretty easy but now takes me hours to find just one and i have 1500 foragin

360% LA as well.
I assume it's randomly, although I'm not quite sure the difference. It seems to be a rare occurrence. I was burning boards in the kiln for coal.
Also, it finally finished, and gives approximately 20,000 base LP, at q37. I will post the time later.
Yes, I am a Wizard.

There is no difference here, really. If it's always the 100th board you burn, then it wouldn't be random, just rare.
FYI, the base NEVER changes unless the devs change the code. Remember the formula: curio base * sqrt ( q / 10) * learning ability.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

I manually do most of this in an Excel table so that it's very easy to do more calculations.MagicManICT wrote:Didn't even think of that second one! It's easy enough to make a page somewhere in your own User pages (sandbox/etc) and add only what you want to see.
Otherwise, there are better ways of organizing, displaying, and searching data than the limited DB tools wikis provide. It's a small enough data set it could easily be entered by hand somewhere. I was wanting something easier so updating would be such a bear.
Interesing, so actual base is around 10k. The study time would be much appreciated.HarryDresden wrote:kohg wrote:Randomly? as opposed to rarely? btw, screenshot would be nice.
