I love it when threads ask "why were we raided/killed?!?" and mention "they summoned those that they could".

Interesting. Thanks.Grog wrote:people usually destroy hf and summon you "at home", as they leave their scents more protected this way. guess they then found out some of yours were bound to that stone and had to return
When you enter the village claim it shows "Nowhere"...boshaw wrote:where's it btw?

I totally agree. There should be a change to this. Maybe even put in a system where you can't build within 10 tiles. This or just make a new sieging mechanism.burgingham wrote:When a character has no hearthfire, but has adopted a charterstone you can summon him there.Zibx wrote:The last one is weird, seems they summoned using charter stone. These hearthvaults are ridiculous btw, they are basically indestructable. While it is possible in theory that you might set up a ram there it will never ever happen that it can dry. But well, the whole raiding mechanics are too long-winded anyway. We started with walls made of paper in world 2 and since then there has been one fix put on top of the next till we got to the current system which either prevents sieges alltogether or heavily encourages bug abuse as seen in Winterfell lately.
Certainly, in taking revenge, a man is but even with his enemy; but in passing it over, he is superior; for it is a prince’s part to pardon. - A wise friend.

Or simply make transporting rams via raft not affect their decay.
