Find the murderers and kill them!!! Jomsborg has the support of most of the region, I believe. ;)

To clear up that bit of confusion, saska is a member of Jomsborg. Not always easily comprehensible ( ;) ), but I'll try to translate:

"Wisp is otherwise known as Jeeves and thinks Portgas is the one who killed him. And boshaws name is boshaw on IRC."

The first part of that has been confirmed, the second denied.

Clear now? ;)
